One move I have great luck with and Im not taking credit for creating this move.... before the snap get to your player-then press triangle..now press & hold R2, now hold R3 & L3 down at the snap release R3 and as your rushing time flicking R3 just before you engage with the OL, once you clear attempt to dive at QB I have had great luck getting pressure with this.
